How do I find parking?
Tap "Find Parking" on the home screen, or "Find Parking Near My Location" to search around your current GPS position. You can filter results by cost, parking type, and search radius.
How do I plan parking for a future trip?
Use the Journey Planner: enter your start and destination, pick a date and time, and DNW SmartPark will surface parking options along your route.
How do reservations and payments work?
Some listings let you reserve and pay for a parking session directly in the app via Stripe. You can view your active sessions and receipts at any time.
How do I list my own parking space?
Tap "List Your Space" from the home screen to register as an owner and add your listing.
How do I report an incorrect or missing parking spot?
Use "Report a Parking Spot" on the search results screen to submit a new listing or flag an issue with an existing one.
