Terms of Service

DNW SmartPark is a smart parking platform operated by DNEXTWELT UG (haftungsbeschränkt) that enables users to find, reserve, and pay for parking spots listed by independent parking space owners. We also provide ParkBot, an AI-powered assistant to help you find the best parking option.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately at info@dnw-ai.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity

When you book a parking spot through the platform:

• A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment processing
• Parking availability shown on the platform is provided in good faith but is not guaranteed
• In exceptional cases (system errors, double-bookings), we will offer you an alternative spot or a full refund
• You must arrive within the confirmed booking window. Late arrivals may result in loss of the spot
• You agree to comply with any rules or instructions posted at the parking location

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the total booking amount.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours before booking start: Full refund
• 1–24 hours before booking start: 50% refund
• Less than 1 hour before or no-show: No refund

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

ParkBot is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI and is designed to help you find parking, understand pricing, and navigate the platform.

ParkBot is not a substitute for reading parking spot descriptions and rules. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of ParkBot responses.

If you list a parking space on our platform as an owner:

• You confirm you have the legal right to rent the space to third parties
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing (location, availability, rules, price)
• You must maintain the space in safe and usable condition
• You are responsible for ensuring users can access the space during their booked time
• We reserve the right to remove listings that receive consistent complaints or violate our policies
• Payouts to owners are subject to our payment processing schedule and may be subject to a platform commission

• Do not book spots with no intent to use them (blocking reservations)
• Do not create fake listings or provide false availability information
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to bypass the payment system or obtain services without paying
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users or parking owners

The "DNW SmartPark" name, logo, and all platform content (excluding user-provided content) is the exclusive property of DNEXTWELT UG. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

DNEXTWELT UG acts as a marketplace connecting drivers with parking space owners. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to vehicles occurring at a parking spot
• Theft from or of vehicles while parked
• Inaccuracies in parking spot listings provided by owners
• Inability to access a spot due to circumstances beyond our control

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend access to the service for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mannheim, Germany.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app and on this page. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
