D. Payment Data
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.

E. ParkBot AI Chat

- Parking Spot Owners — your reservation details (name, booking time, vehicle plate) are shared with the owner of the spot you book
- Railway.app — cloud hosting provider
- Law enforcement — only when legally required
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
- Reservation history: Retained for 2 years for legal and tax purposes
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years (statutory German accounting requirement)
- ParkBot chat: Session only — not retained after you close the session
- Technical logs: Retained for up to 90 days

8. Location Permissions
Our app and website request access to your device's location only to show nearby parking spots on the map. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device or browser settings. Revoking location access means you will need to enter addresses manually.
We do not access your location in the background or share it with third-party advertisers.
9. Security
- All data transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
- HSTS, Content Security Policy, and anti-clickjacking headers enforced
- Passwords hashed with a strong one-way algorithm
- Payment data handled exclusively by PCI-DSS-compliant Stripe
- API rate limiting to prevent abuse
10. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can delete cookies in your browser settings; this will log you out of your account.
